Saturday October 1st	10:00am Rockies/Metros 11:30 Lions/Angles *If you play both days of league play and the teams you play on are playing each other you would play with your Tuesday team.	Closing ceremonies Awards and Pizza at the Park More details to follow
1) Photos of our teams and players will be sent to businesses and organizations who donated to our league. Team photo will be taken, Date to be announced.
2) The only equipment you are required to bring to the field is a glove and hat if so desired. NO Baseball spikes can be worn on our field tennis shoes ONLY!
3) Please be ready to play ball at game start time. Please be courteous to other players! If you know ahead of time you will be late or not be present please inform your coach and your Buddy the week before or as soon as possible.
4) Team Jerseys will be handed out opening Day starting at 5:30pm
5) Reminder: A parent or guardian of each player needs to be in attendance at all times at the playing fields. It is not acceptable to drop players off for the game and pick them up after it is complete. We do not have the staff to accommodate this. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
6) ENCLOSED Medical Release forms need to be completed and handed in on the day of league play at the concession stand one per player needs to be on file.
7) Game Cancellation policy: If there is significant rain or any lightening one hour prior to the start of the game. It will be announced on KCLD FM 104.7 or WJON AM 1240 or you can call 320-253-1956 or 320-492-7999 for game day information. We do NOT cancel games if weather is too hot or cold we leave this up to individuals if they wish to participate or not.

*VERY IMPORTANT: If you are a player who has a League Selected Buddy and have not requested that it be the same one each week, you need to report to the game 10-15 minutes prior to start of the game so you can be paired up with and meet your Volunteer Buddy! We’ve enclosed a Buddy Training sheet for all families to review so everyone can become familiar with the expectations and role of the Buddy, whether they are chosen by the league of family.
